Venues
Lets kick it off with venues, Sapreet & Taran had a #bigfatIndianwedding with a guests list of 900. It was imperative that they had booked the perfect Venue well in advance; this is something we would advise all couples to do as a priority!

Sapreet & Taran were lucky enough to secure the beautiful Grand Marquee at Wynyard
Hall. Located in the North East on outskirts of Durham and surrounded by stunning panoramic views of landscaped gardens, The Grand Marquee at Wynyard Hall is most definitely the most unique and exquisite setting, with a reception area for Drinks Reception & Greeting guests.
Wedding Catering

Sapreet & Taran needed a solution from Breakfast at the Gurdwara through to a lavish 5 Course meal at Wynyard Hall. The couple wanted to ensure their guests had authentic delicious cuisine but also wanted to ensure that the event was managed accordingly too.
Working with Sapreet & Taran, our staff, with their expertise and vast knowledge, gave them a helping hand in selecting a menu that was both delicious but balanced and also coordinating with, them their perfect day.
So make sure whoever you choose to cater for your event they have the experience, knowledge, professionality and empathic to your specific needs.
Décor
With so many themes and influences in modern day life it can be quite daunting what colour scheme or the event look you wish to go for. We recommend working with a supplier that has experience and can decipher what you envisage along with their product and services being of a high quality and level and follow the Health and Safety regulations applicable.

Dj and Entertainment – Jags Klimax & Beats by Lions
Time to get your dancing shoes on! Entertainment
If you want that party atmosphere and want the crowd going crazy a great Dj and host is essential. Someone who can read the crowd and has a great repertoire of music combined with their ability to merge music fluidly will do just that.
Sapreet and Taran selected Jags Klimax as their Dj alongside Beats by Lions the combo kept their guests on their feet with amazing music & grand dhol interlude.
Wedding Cake
Chocolate or Vanilla… yes you guessed it the wedding cake. Some dream of a cake floating in the air, some happy with something traditional.
Sapreet and Taran selected Julie to create their perfect Wedding Cake.
Niceties
So you have factored contingency of funky event additions. Here you can go wild to your hearts content. From Ice sculptures to Ariel acrobats, sweet carts to fresh waffles, pyrotechnics to laser shows, the world is your oyster as to how elaborate you want to be #letyourimagainationgowild.
Sapreet and Taran had an array, from a sweet cart provided by Victoria Sweet Cart Company, alongside scrumptious cupcakes Julie elegantly presented on a Ferris Wheel Can’t go wrong!
