2,4,6,8, Who do we appreciate?

Article June 1st, 2017 Mahirs Experience

It is often said that being a waiter can be a menial and thankless job but here at Mahirs we recognise just how important great people, providing great service is to us, our clients and their guests.

Last Saturday provided us with the perfect opportunity to show our appreciation to our fellow colleagues – our fabulous waiters and waitresses! Dressed in traditional Indian wear, the Mahirs Management team including our Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Event Design Manager, Kitchen Manager and the Managing Director put themselves on the front line and all for a great cause too.

In our very own tribute to National Waiters Day the ‘Award Winning’ Mahirs team armed with GoPro Action Cameras danced and waited on tables at the glitzy Bollywood Ball held at the historic The Real Tennis Club in Leamington raising money for Acorns Hospice at the same time.

At Mahirs we try our best to make work as fun as possible, whilst at the same time providing a first class service. Well informed staff are key. Not only for great service but for total job satisfaction too. We ensure this by providing extensive in-house training, pre-event briefing and post-event evaluation to all our service staff. If that doesn’t work, delicious refreshments at the end of the shift definitely does! Pictures from the event and GoPro Action videos below.
